The Building Process
Milestone 1
Breaking Ground
Celebrate as we break ground on the homesite you’ve selected. At this point, you will begin to see the footprint of your new Chris Brown home. After the completion of land grading, we will begin the foundation.
Milestone 2
Framing
Your home starts to take shape as vertical construction begins. Once framing is complete, mechanical trades will start to work on your home’s HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electrical systems.
Milestone 3
Interior Finishes
Your home is inspected for quality, safety, and completion. Paint, lights, counters, mirrors, tile, covers - Chris Brown Homes does a final walk through of your home before carpet installation, to ensure your new home is clean and complete.
Milestone 4
New Home Celebration
Get to know your new home before move-in day. Before closing and after the final touches of landscape, paint, and counters, a Chris Brown Homes team member will walk you through your new home to show you how everything works.
