Chris Brown Homes stands behind every home we build with a comprehensive insurance-backed new home warranty through Residential Warranty Company, LLC.
This program is designed to give you added peace of mind by protecting your home against major defects in workmanship, systems, and structure. If any covered issues arise and the builder is unwilling or unable to address them, the warranty steps in to cover eligible repairs, replacements, or costs.
- 1 - Year Warranty: Covers defects in workmanship and materials across a broad range of home components, backed by surety coverage for the first year.
- 2 - Year Warranty: Extends surety coverage for two years on the home's core systems, including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and septic.
- 10 - Year Warranty: Provides direct coverage from closing for major structural defects, protecting all load-bearing elements of the home.
